Terms of sale
These terms govern use of dorventi.com and the purchase of MOTUS N.01 from DORVENTI. By joining the waitlist or placing an order you agree to them. Last updated October 4, 2026.
The product
MOTUS N.01 is an automatic wristwatch with a continuous serpent motion display, sold for $329 USD unless a different price is shown at checkout. Specifications on the site (case size, water resistance, power reserve, materials) describe the current production specification and may be refined between batches. Photographs show a production sample; small variations in finishing are inherent to mechanical watches.
Waitlist and orders
Joining the waitlist does not reserve inventory or create a purchase contract. When a batch is available we invite waitlist members to complete payment. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or inability to fulfill) and will refund any amount already captured.
Title to the watch passes to you on delivery. Risk of loss passes when the carrier marks the parcel delivered.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude destination import taxes unless stated. Payment is processed by a third-party provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Delivery (worldwide — 5 business days in the US, 7 business days outside the US), duties, returns, and warranty coverage are described on our Shipping, Returns, and Warranty pages. Those pages form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
Use of the site
You may use dorventi.com for lawful personal purposes. You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the site; impersonate DORVENTI; or post unlawful content. All site content, product design, photography, and trademarks (including DORVENTI, MOTUS N.01, and related marks) remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive no license except to browse and purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DORVENTI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the site or a purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the DORVENTI selling entity identified on your invoice, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply. Courts of competent jurisdiction there or in our place of establishment may hear disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page on the date you order applies to that order. Material waitlist or privacy changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of the relevant page.
