Privacy policy
This policy explains how DORVENTI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit dorventi.com, join the MOTUS N.01 waitlist, contact support, or purchase a watch. Last updated October 4, 2026.
Who we are
DORVENTI is an independent watch brand. For privacy requests, email hello@dorventi.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Information we collect
- Identity & contact: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number when you order or write to us
- Order data: items purchased, amount, payment status (we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider)
- Waitlist data: email address and the page or button that referred you (for example, hero, product page, or sticky bar)
- Support correspondence: the content of emails you send us
- On-site chat: questions typed into the MOTUS specialist chat, used to answer you and improve product support. Do not send passwords or payment details in chat
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, approximate region, pages viewed, and referral source via cookies or analytics if enabled
How we use it
We use personal information to operate the waitlist, fulfill and ship orders, provide customer support (including the on-site chat), send transactional email (order, shipping, returns), and — if you opt in — product updates about MOTUS N.01 and DORVENTI.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent our waitlist. We do not use your data to train public AI models.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract: processing required to take and deliver your order or waitlist request
- Legitimate interests: site security, fraud prevention, improving the product experience
- Consent: marketing emails, non-essential cookies — you can withdraw at any time
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and consumer-law records
Sharing
We share data only with processors who need it to run the business: email and hosting providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics tools if configured. Each is bound by contract to use data only on our instructions.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect DORVENTI, our customers, or the public from fraud or security threats.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, waitlist form state). Analytics cookies, if used, help us understand which pages convert. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser. The site will still function.
Retention
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or we close the list, then deleted or anonymized within 90 days
- Orders and invoices: retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years)
- Support tickets: up to 3 years after the last message
- Server logs: typically 90 days
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email hello@dorventi.com from the address we have on file. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
International transfers
Our hosting and processors may store data in the United States or the European Union. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
dorventi.com is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
