Question 1

What exactly moves on the dial?

Accepted Answer

A living serpent. A micro chain travels continuously across the dial while the hands keep real time. People look once, then again — and they ask. That moment is the whole point of MOTUS N.01.

Question 2

Is this a real watch, or a novelty toy?

Accepted Answer

A real automatic watch. 316L stainless steel. Sapphire crystal. 10 ATM. No battery, no quartz gimmick. The serpent is a mechanical complication driven by the movement — the reason someone notices your wrist, not a sticker on a fashion piece.

Question 3

When will I receive my watch?

Accepted Answer

We deliver worldwide, free. In the US you receive MOTUS N.01 within 5 business days of order confirmation. Outside the US, you receive it within 7 business days. Tracking the moment it leaves us. That is arrival at your door — not warehouse time.

Question 4

What if I don't like it on my wrist?

Accepted Answer

Wear it for 30 days. Live with the conversations. If it isn't for you, send it back and we refund the watch in full. No lecture. The 30-day window exists so you can decide at home — not from a photo.

Question 5

Is $329 really what I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. $329 is the watch. Shipping is free worldwide. DORVENTI does not add a surprise checkout fee. In a few countries, local customs may collect their own import tax at the door the same way they do for any international parcel — that is never a DORVENTI surcharge. If anything looks wrong, write to hello@dorventi.com and we help you sort it.

Question 6

Will it fit my wrist?

Accepted Answer

Yes for most people. 42 mm with short lugs and an integrated strap — it wears smaller than the number suggests. Owners with 6.25" wrists wear it comfortably. If the fit isn't right, the 30-day return is there for exactly that. You are not stuck with a watch that sits wrong.

Question 7

Will the serpent break or stop?

Accepted Answer

The serpent is driven by the movement and inspected before it leaves us. It is covered by the 2-year warranty along with the rest of the watch. If the motion ever fails under warranty, we make it right. You are not buying a fragile display piece.

Question 8

What is the warranty?

Accepted Answer

2-year limited warranty from delivery. Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — including the serpent display. You are covered on the part that makes this watch different.

Question 9

Will I have to pay import duties?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free. DORVENTI never adds a duty line at checkout. Most buyers receive the watch with nothing extra from us. If your country taxes imported watches, customs may collect their local fee on delivery — standard international mail, not a hidden brand charge. Questions: hello@dorventi.com.

Every reason to hesitate — answered.
