What you can return

Unused or lightly tried-on MOTUS N.01 watches purchased directly from dorventi.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the watch price.

The watch must be in resaleable condition: no scratches on the crystal, case, or buckle; original strap undamaged; all original packaging, booklets, and cards included.

How to start a return

• Email hello@dorventi.com with the subject “Return — [your order number]”.
• Include your full name, order number, and a brief reason (fit, preference, or other). We use this to improve the product — not to refuse a valid return.
• We reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
• Pack the watch exactly as received. Ship with tracking and insurance. Keep the receipt until the refund is issued.

Do not ship a return without an RMA. Unidentified parcels can be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the watch, we issue a refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.

The $329 product price is refunded in full when the watch meets the condition standard. Original outbound shipping is free and is not deducted. Return shipping is paid by you unless we shipped the wrong item or a defective piece.

Exchanges

MOTUS N.01 is a single reference. We do not currently offer size or color exchanges. If you need a different strap after purchase, contact support — 22 mm straps are compatible.

What we cannot accept

• Returns requested after the 30-day window
• Watches with damage, engraving, or unauthorized service
• Missing box, papers, or strap
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Defective on arrival

If the serpent display, timekeeping, or finish is defective on arrival, photograph the issue and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a prepaid return and a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
