Delivery promise

We deliver worldwide. In the US you receive MOTUS N.01 within 5 business days of order confirmation. Outside the US, you receive it within 7 business days. That is door-to-door time — not warehouse processing time.

Once your order is confirmed, we complete a final quality check — movement, serpent display, crystal, case, and packaging — then ship immediately so the watch arrives on that schedule. Waitlist allocations are fulfilled in the order they convert to paid orders.

You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when the parcel leaves our facility.

Delivery times

Standard delivery to your address:

• United States: 5 business days from order confirmation
• Worldwide (outside the US): 7 business days from order confirmation
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the origin and destination countries

Customs holds, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed parcels can delay delivery beyond this window. Tracking remains the source of truth for your parcel.

Carriers & tracking

We ship with insured, trackable carriers appropriate to the destination (typically USPS, UPS, DHL, or an equivalent partner). Signature on delivery may be required for some regions.

If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days after the last scan, write to hello@dorventi.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and keep you updated.

Packaging

MOTUS N.01 ships in a branded box inside a discreet outer carton. The watch is secured to prevent movement in transit. Do not discard the original inner box, pillow, and papers — you will need them if you return or service the watch.

Duties, taxes & customs

The listed price of $329 USD is for the watch. For deliveries outside the export country, your local customs authority may assess import VAT, GST, duties, or brokerage fees.

Those charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by DORVENTI at checkout unless a specific region is marked as DDP (delivered duty paid). Refused shipments due to unpaid duties are returned at the customer’s expense and may be deducted from any refund.

Address accuracy

Enter a complete delivery address, including apartment, building, and postal code. We cannot reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier. If you notice an error before the parcel leaves our facility, email us immediately.

Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels that return to us may be reshipped after address correction. Additional shipping charges can apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

Orders are insured until delivery. Photograph any damaged outer carton before opening and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your tracking number. We will replace or refund a watch damaged in transit after we confirm the claim with the carrier.
